Last updated: 12/12/25Thank you for your interest in commissioning my artwork! By requesting a commission, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These policies help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both of us.1. General- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.- These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time your commission is accepted will apply to your project.- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.2. Communication & Process- Commissions are discussed and confirmed via Discord or Telegram- Unless otherwise discussed, payment is expected before any work can begin on your commission.- I will provide updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, lineart, colors). Revisions may be requested at these stages.- Turnaround time varies by project complexity, typically 5 to 10 days. I will notify you of any delays.3. Payment- Payment is accepted via my Ko-Fi.- All payments are considered non-refundable once I have started the piece.- Prices may vary based on complexity, requested changes, and add-ons.4. Refunds & Cancellations- If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.- If you cancel before I begin, you may receive a partial or full refund depending on progress.- No refunds will be issued once significant work has begun on a piece.5. Usage RightsClient RightsYou may:- Use the artwork for personal use (icons, wallpapers, profile pictures, etc.).- Post the artwork online with proper credit: @KodahWOOFYou may not:- Claim the artwork as your own.- Edit, trace, or resell the artwork.- Use the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights.Artist Rights- I retain full copyright to all works created.- I may post the finished artwork on my social media, portfolio, or promotional materials unless both commissioner and artist agree otherwise.- Commercial usage (merch, branding, monetized projects, etc.) requires an additional fee of 150% - 200% of the commission's cost.6. Revisions- Minor revisions (color tweaks, small detail changes) are allowed during sketch, line, and coloring stages.- Major revisions (pose changes, redesigns, composition changes) may incur additional fees.- After the final artwork is delivered, additional changes may be charged.7. Delivery- Final artwork will be delivered digitally via Discord, Telegram, or email- Files may include: PNG/JPEG, full resolution, and/or transparent background versions depending on the commission type.- No physical items are shipped unless explicitly discussed.8. Client Conduct- Harassment, rude behavior, or repeated changes outside the agreed scope may result in cancellation without refund.- Respectful communication is expected throughout the process.9. AgreementBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
